Forcword
With the theme of "Future of Intelligence", 2026 BeiingIntemation-al Automotive Exhibition (hereinafter referred to as "Auto China 2026")will be grandly held in Beiing from April 24 to May 3, 2026.The event will fully utilize all exhibition spaces at both the ChinaInternational Exhibition Center (Shunyi Hall) and the Capital Intema-tional Exhibition Center of China, achieving a record-breaking totalexhibition area of 380,000 square meters, making it the leading autoshow in the world. During the Auto China 2026, the two venues will bejointly operated.
This expansion will address previous limitations on the scale of theexhibition, fulfilling the long-anticipated expectations of exhibitors andvisitors. Exhibitors' needs will be better accommodated, while hard.ware facilities and the exhibition experience will see significantimprovements. This development will significantly enhance the infra-structure of the Auto China, propel its upgrade, and further elevate itsglobal influence.
After more than 30 years of development since it started in 1990,the Beijing Intemational Automotive Exhibition (Auto China) hasbecome an important exhibition event for the Chinese and foreignautomobile industry and a landmark brand exhibition in China's exhibition industry, and is the highest level of international A-class auto show held in China.
Participation proccdurc
Exhibitors must complete the Exhibition Application Form (Form l) and Exhibit List(Form 2) and submit them via email by October 30, 2025. Along with theapplication form, exhibitors must provide two copies of their product list andproduct descriptions. Booths will be assigned in a fair manner based on the order ofregistration. Exhibitors are encouraged to register as early as possible.
Upon receiving the application form and exhibit list, the Secretariat, in collabo-ration with relevant departments, will review the exhibits. Once approved, the Sec-retariat will issue a Confimation of Participation, the Exhibition Manual, and relatedmaterials.
After receivina the Confimation of Participation from the Secretarat, exhibitorsmust remit the relevant fees to the designated bank and proceed with boothdesign and preparation as per the allocated exhibition space.
